1. Start Microsoft Outlook.
  2. If you are starting Microsoft Outlook for the first time skip to step 4!
  3. From the Tools menu, select Accounts…
  4. Within the Accounts dialog, click E-mail Account under Add an Account
  5. Within the Enter your account information. dialog, enter the details below:
    • E-mail address: Enter your complete email address.
    • Password: Enter your email password that was provided.
    • Configure Automatically: Remembers your password for you.
    • User Name: This is usually your complete email address, although some providers use just the username before the “@” symbol.
    • Type: Use POP for a desktop computer, and IMAP for mobile devices such as notebooks and cellphones.
    • Incoming Server: Enter your incoming mail server, for example: mail.skyrunner.net. This depends on your email provider.
    • Port: Enter your mail server port, for example: 110. This depends on your email provider.
    • Override default port: Only check this if using a non-standard port or if specifically told to do so.
    • Use SSL to connect (recommended): Strongly recommended if using mobile devices.
    • Outgoing Server: Enter your outgoing mail server, for example: mail.skyrunner.net. This depends on your email provider.
    • Port: Enter your mail server port, for example: 110. This depends on your email provider.
    • Override default port: Only check this if using a non-standard port or if specifically told to do so.
    • Use SSL to connect (recommended): Strongly recommended if using mobile devices.
  6. Click Add Account.
  7. Confirm the Outgoing Server settings.
  8. Click OK.
  9. DONE!

You should now be able to send and receive email using Microsoft Outlook!
